How can counselling help?
Counselling offers you the chance to speak in confidence to a non-judgemental person who will listen empathically and will work with you to improve your situation. A counsellor will help you gain a better understanding of your difficulties, allowing you to look at them from different perspectives. As a result you will be able to find alternative solutions to your problems. Therapy will support you in making difficult decisions and positive changes in your life.
